Who can benefit from Sexological Bodywork practice?

Anyone who identifies with the following:

• Individuals who wish to find new pathways to pleasure

• Couples who wish to connect more deeply, learning alternative ways of being sexual and sensual together.

• Anxiety around intimacy

• Negative body image

• Disconnection from body, too ‘in the head’ which blocks pleasure

• Low libido / lack of interest or desire in sex

• Choice around Orgasm – what holds you back?

• Performance anxiety, erection or ejaculation dissatisfaction.

• Genital pain, numbness or tension

• Pelvic or genital scarring from surgery.

How it works:

Sexological bodywork is a co-created session between myself and you.

After enquiry I would send you a confidential intake form for you to fill out and send back. The information on this form will help me tailor your Bodywork and Coaching session for you, and I would talk you through this in advance so as you can make changes and know what to expect.

The session can include: 

• Coaching,

• Breath work

• Massage

• Consensual touch

• Somatic exercises

You’ll be set homework to do in between sessions, as your development is very much in your hands.

 

Prices:

Bodywork sessions:

£200 (2 hrs)

£300 (3 hrs)

 

Low-cost clinic option:

If you genuinely feel you’re unable to afford these fees then my Low-cost clinic also available. I work with three low-cost clients per month as I don’t want finances to be a barrier to this transformational work, therefore a price can be negotiated between us that feels right.

 

Payment plan:

You can pay a deposit then pay the balance via instalments, as long as the full amount is received prior to the first session.

All session last 2 hours minimum

 

If I feel we need a longer session to meet your needs then I would confirm this with you in advance.

 

I usually advise a series of sessions to allow the work to go deeper.

 

For a block of 3 x 2 hour sessions paid in advance I'd offer this at a £60 discounted rate of the final balance
